This broad shouldered white has a muscular structure, but remains graceful thanks to vibrant acidity. The flavors are a refreshing offering with pear, grapefruit, mineral and herb with lots of citrus (lemons and limes). Great with grilled seafood.
Filled with smooth, ripe, polished and plump black fruit, raspberry and tar flavors, with a sleekness that will please many palates…old and new world alike. This wine goes well with grilled chicken, pork, steak and lamb.

This elite southern Italian cow’s milk cheese has a taste
and texture very similar to medium bodied provolone. It has a tear drop ball
shape as a result of being hung to age and the thick skin is edible. Great
picnic treat served sliced or with sweet Sopressata or Prosciutto di Parma. It
is a delightfully solid cheese. Summer special through July and August.
